Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy applies to all bookings on orbitsocial.club, operated by Daje Inc (“Orbit Social”).

What you pay for

• Single Weekend Pass — ₹499 for one seat at one weekend dinner or activity.
• Monthly Pass — ₹1,499 for 4 weekend credits (one seat per weekend), valid for 60 days from purchase. It is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.

Your pass covers curation, matching, the seat reservation, host coordination and profile verification. Food, drinks and activity costs are paid directly to the venue and are not refunded by Orbit Social.

Cancelling your seat

• You can cancel a dinner or activity seat yourself from My Orbit on the website.
• 24 hours or more before the start time: the weekend credit is returned to your account and can be used for any future weekend within the pass validity.
• Less than 24 hours before, or not attending (no-show): the credit is forfeited, because seats and the gender balance of the table are locked for the other guests.
• Returned credits are not converted to cash, except under the money-back guarantee below. Unused credits expire with the pass.

Money-back guarantee

• If we can't seat you at a suitable table, your booking moves to the next weekend at no cost, and you may instead request a refund of that credit from My Orbit at any time before you are seated.
• If you are still not seated 14 days after your original booking, we refund that credit automatically.
• If our curators can't verify your profile, we cancel your bookings and refund the full unused amount.
• If we cancel a gathering and can't offer a suitable alternative, your credit is returned or refunded, as you prefer.

Refund amounts & timelines

• A refunded Single Weekend Pass credit is ₹499; a refunded Monthly Pass credit is ₹374.75.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach your account within 5–7 working days of being initiated, depending on your bank.
• No cancellation or processing fees are deducted from eligible refunds.

Service delivery

Orbit Social is a service — there are no physical goods to ship. Your booking is confirmed on screen immediately after payment and on WhatsApp. Your group, venue and time are shared on the Friday before your weekend at 4 PM IST, and the experience takes place in person on the scheduled date in Bangalore or Delhi-NCR.
