Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Daje Inc (“Orbit Social”, “we”, “us”), which operates orbitsocial.club. By booking a seat you agree to them.

1. The service

Orbit Social curates small-group social experiences for adults in Bangalore and Delhi-NCR: the “Dinner Orbit” (Sunday-evening dinners at partner restaurants) and the “Daylight Orbit” (activities on Saturdays or Sundays). We match guests into groups of about six, reserve the venue and coordinate the experience. Orbit Social is a social discovery service, not a dating service.

2. Eligibility & verification

• You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You must give accurate details, including a genuine LinkedIn or Instagram profile that our curators review before confirming your seat.
• We may decline or cancel a booking if we can't verify your profile; any unused amount is refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Bookings, matching & reveal

• Bookings for a weekend close on the preceding Wednesday at 11:59 PM IST. Bookings made later are placed in the following weekend.
• Your group, venue and time are shared on WhatsApp on Friday at 4 PM IST and in My Orbit on the website.
• Matching considers your stated preferences and aims for a balanced gender ratio, but specific companions, venues or times are not guaranteed.
• If we can't seat you, your booking moves to the next weekend at no cost, with the option of a refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Seats are personal and non-transferable. You may not bring or send another person in your place.

4. Event participation rules

• Arrive on time. Tables are planned for six; if you are more than 20 minutes late, the venue may not be able to hold your seat.
• Follow the venue's rules and the reasonable instructions of its staff and any Orbit Social host.
• Food, drinks and activity costs are ordered and paid directly to the venue and are not included in your pass unless stated. Each guest pays for what they order.
• If alcohol is served, drink responsibly and within the law. Venues may refuse service at their discretion.
• Do not photograph, record or share images of other guests without their clear consent.
• Do not sell, promote or solicit business, products or services at a gathering.
• Arrange your own travel to and from the venue.

5. Community Code of Conduct & Zero Creep Policy

• Treat every guest, host and member of venue staff with respect.
• No harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unsolicited romantic or sexual advances — at the table or in any follow-up contact.
• Guests can report concerns confidentially through the post-event feedback form or by writing to hello@orbitsocial.club.
• We may suspend or permanently ban anyone who breaches these rules, without refund. Repeated no-shows may also lead to suspension.

6. Payments, cancellations & refunds

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable in advance through our payment partner Razorpay. Passes, credits, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes to an experience

Occasionally we may need to change a venue or time, combine groups, or cancel a gathering (for example if a venue closes or too few guests attend). We will tell you as early as we can on WhatsApp; if we cancel and can't offer a suitable alternative, your credit is returned or refunded.

8. Your safety & our liability

Gatherings take place at independent public venues that are responsible for their premises, food and drink. Please use your own judgement and look after your belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Daje Inc is not liable for the acts or omissions of other guests or venues, or for indirect losses, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms & governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to bookings made after the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
